Test automation that doesn't rot.
Done-for-you QA: we build and maintain end-to-end Playwright tests for SaaS and Web3 teams.
Book a free 30-min flaky-flow reviewThe problem
Most E2E suites start out fine. Then the UI changes, selectors break, tests go flaky, and the team stops trusting them. Before long the suite gets skipped, muted or deleted, and releases go back to manual checks.
The trouble isn't writing tests. It's keeping them alive.
What we do
01 · Setup
Fixed scope, 2–4 weeks
We pick your critical user flows with you and build them as real Playwright tests that run in your CI pipeline. You get a clear scope and a fixed price before we start.
02 · Upkeep
Monthly
When your UI moves, we keep the suite green and honest. We fix broken tests, add new flows as you ship, and turn real bugs into regression tests.
Plans start at $500/month for your 5 most important flows, tested on every deploy and kept green. Month to month. Start with a free 30-min review. Plans and details on qazerolabs.com.
How it works
01
Flaky-flow review
Free, 30 min. Show us the flows that break or that nobody tests. We tell you honestly what we'd automate first.
02
Setup, 2–4 weeks
We build those flows as Playwright tests in your CI, at a fixed scope and price.
03
Upkeep, monthly
We keep the suite passing for the right reasons as your product changes.
QAZero: our product
The tooling behind every engagement. QAZero is our own testing tool, and it powers everything we build.
Record once.
Go through a user flow one time and get a Playwright spec.
Fingerprints, not CSS selectors.
Each step stores a fingerprint of the element, so a renamed class or a moved button doesn't break the test.
Healing in tiers.
When the UI changes, QAZero tries a cache first, then alternate locators, then the fingerprint. AI is only the last resort.
The RED gate.
A test written from a bug has to fail on the unfixed build and pass on the fixed one. If it doesn't, it doesn't get merged. That way you know the test actually catches the bug.
